Enjoy the Mountains

Skiing and snowshoeing in winter.

Mountain biking, climbing, and hiking in summer.

And always with the Matterhorn in view, which you can admire in all its beauty.

Surrounded by 38 four thousand-meter peaks, 400 kilometres of hiking trails, 150 kilometres of bike trails and 360 kilometres of ski slopes, a dream of an active holiday comes true.

The alpine views and the almost endless bike trails make everybody’s heart jump. With the bike ticket you can also take the Zermatt mountain railways and save some energy.

The highest ski area in Switzerland offers you 360 kilometres of slopes on the Swiss and the Italian side. The summer ski area on the glacier provides skiing pleasure all year round.

The Culinary part of Zermatt

Once the day is coming to an end, the mountain village awakes and with it, its culinary diversity. Whether Italian delicacies, specialities from the Far East or local delicacies, you will not be disappointed.

We can especially recommend the following restaurants:

  • China Garden
  • Steakhouse 'Zur alten Mühle'
  • Walliserkanne

For the night owls there is also a range of bars and nightclubs where you can enjoy the evening with family, friends and music.
